Frequently Asked Questions

Where to begin:

There are a few steps that must be taken prior to booking an event. These steps include calling ahead or signing andsubmitted the rental requst form. This form can be found under facility/rental reqeust form. If the date is available, a confirmation letter confirming your request and contract/user agreement will be sent by email, fax or postal mail, depending on the information provided. Once you receive the contract/user agreement, you have five business days to return the signed contract/user agreement with deposits and one-half the rental fee.

Which room should you choose:

Depending on the event and the number of attendees expected, we'll be happy to advise in this regard. Taking a quick tour of the rooms may help you decide in this matter. Also, visit our rentals page to view the auditorium and kitchen or visit our facility page to see the gallery and ampitheater.
